This form documents your authorization for Solasta Travel and its agents to process credit card payments on your behalf, including but not limited to, current purchases, non-refundable purchases, and/or any previous payments you have authorized via any method such as text, voice, or email.

This form documents that you have read & accept Solasta Travel's terms and conditions.

Authorization Acknowledgment: In lieu of my credit card imprint, I hereby authorize Solasta Travel and its agents to use my credit card information to pay for the above reservation up to the amount entered above as my agent. I agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions related to authorization of this charge when it occurs. I understand that depending upon the situation, the travel supplier can assess penalty charges. I will not hold Solasta Travel nor the advisor liable for these charges. I acknowledge that I have reviewed and agree to Solasta Travel's Terms & Conditions. This includes previous charges I have authorized prior to completing this form. Additionally, if any charges are non-refundable, I fully accept the strict terms that accompany such a purchase and will not hold Solasta Travel liable for any non-refundable fees/charges/losses that may occur.
