Saturday, 23 October — Arrival in Kraków

Upon arrival at Kraków Airport (KRK), the guests will be welcomed by their driver in the arrivals hall and transferred to their hotel.

Sunday, 24 October — Auschwitz-Birkenau & Kraków

06:00 – Pick-up from the hotel and private transfer to Auschwitz-Birkenau. The journey will take approx 1.5 hours.

07:30–11:30 – Guided visit to Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II-Birkenau with an English-speaking guide.

The experience includes:

• Private transportation

• English-speaking guide

• Small-group visit with a maximum of 12 participants

• Breakfast in a lunch box for two guests

• Leader Assistance

12:30–14:30 – Return to Kraków and lunch break.

14:30–16:30 – Private two-hour sightseeing tour of Kraków by electric vehicle with an English-speaking guide.

During the tour, the guests will discover three of Kraków's most important historic areas:

• Kraków Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site

• Kazimierz, the historic Jewish Quarter

• Podgórze, including the area of the former Jewish Ghetto

Monday, 25 October — Schindler's Factory, Pierogi Cooking & Wieliczka Salt Mine

08:00 – Pick-up from the hotel and visit to Schindler's Factory with a private English-speaking guide.

11:00–13:00 – Traditional Pierogi Cooking Experience.

• The guests will take part in an intimate cooking experience hosted in a private home in Kraków. During the approximately 2.5-hour experience, they will prepare traditional Polish pierogi together, experience the local atmosphere and then enjoy the meal they have prepared themselves for lunch.

• The experience will also provide an opportunity to learn more about Polish cuisine, culture and everyday life.

• The person hosting the experience is also a professional guide.

14:00–16:30 – Guided visit to the Wieliczka Salt Mine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

17:00–18:45 – Free time at the hotel to relax and freshen up.

18:45 – Pick-up from the hotel and departure for a traditional Polish Folk Evening.

The evening will feature:

• Traditional Polish music and dancing performed by a Kraków folk ensemble

• Authentic Polish cuisine prepared according to traditional recipes

• A selection of traditional Polish dishes and drinks

• An unlimited buffet

Tuesday, 26 October — Zakopane & the Tatra Mountains

08:00 – Pick-up from the hotel and departure for Zakopane and the Tatra Mountains.

09:30 – Visit to the historic wooden village of Chochołów.

• The guests will meet a local craftsman specializing in traditional woodworking and discover the unique architecture and traditions of the region.

10:30–12:00 – Traditional Oscypek Cheese-Making Experience with a Local Baca.

• The guests will learn about the traditional hand-production of oscypek cheese and will have the opportunity to make their own oscypek. Also taste a selection of regional cheeses and a variety of flavored traditional fruit liqueurs.

12:00–14:30 – Free time in Zakopane.

• The guests will have time to stroll along the famous Krupówki Street, browse local handicrafts and traditional wooden products, and enjoy lunch at a traditional Polish restaurant.

15:00–17:00 – Relaxation at a thermal bath complex.

18:30 – Return to the hotel in Kraków.

Wednesday, 27 October — Kraków to Toruń

07:00 – Check-out from the hotel in Kraków and private departure for Toruń.

• The journey will take approx four hours. Halfway along the route, we will stop for something to eat and a coffee

12:00 – Arrival in Toruń, hotel check-in and lunch at the hotel restaurant.

14:00 – Visit to the Living Museum of Gingerbread.

• The guests will take part in an interactive workshop, including the opportunity to prepare and decorate traditional Toruń gingerbread by hand, combined with a guided visit to the museum.

15:30 – Free time to explore Toruń's beautifully preserved medieval Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

18:00 – Visit to Jan Olbracht Browar Staromiejski.

• The guests will have the opportunity to learn about the brewing process, speak with the brewer, taste different beers directly from the tanks and enjoy traditional Polish cuisine with regional and Bavarian influences. A true feast!

Overnight in Toruń

Thursday, 28 October — Malbork Castle & Gdańsk

08:00 – Check-out from the hotel and private departure for Malbork.

11:00 – Guided visit to the magnificent Malbork Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Europe's most impressive medieval fortresses.

14:00 – Arrival in Gdańsk and hotel check-in.

The remainder of the afternoon will be dedicated to relaxing after the longer journey and enjoying a leisurely walk through the historic Old Town and along the beautiful Gdańsk waterfront.

You might like to add: Yacht cruise along the Motława River – we could arrange a private yacht cruise (a proper yacht, not a pirate ship) combined with dinner on board. It is definitely worth it! The Gdańsk waterfront is truly unique, and the views of the city from the water, especially during sunset, are absolutely beautiful. It would be a memorable and elegant experience for the guests.

Friday, 29 October — Gdańsk, Food Tour & Sopot

08:00 – Pick-up from the hotel and visit to the Museum of the Second World War, one of the most important museums in Poland.

13:00–16:00 – Gdańsk Food Tour.

• The guests will take part in a three-hour culinary experience combining sightseeing with a journey through the flavors of the city. During the tour, they will have the opportunity to taste a wide selection of traditional Polish dishes and local specialties.

16:00 – Transfer to the nearby seaside resort of Sopot.

• The guests will enjoy a relaxing walk along the Baltic coast and visit the famous Sopot Pier.

Saturday, 30 October — Sopot to Warsaw

08:00 – Check-out and private transfer from the hotel in Sopot to Warsaw.

11:30 – Arrival in Warsaw and hotel check-in.

13:00 – Lunch in central Warsaw.

14:30 – Visit to the Polish Vodka Museum, including an approximately 80-minute guided tour and tasting experience.

18:00 – Evening live Chopin piano concert featuring the music of Poland's most famous composer.

Sunday, 31 October — Warsaw: The PRL Era

10:00 – The guests will discover a different side of Warsaw during a private two-hour tour in a classic Fiat 125p — the iconic car that put Poland on the road and became a symbol of everyday life during the communist era.

• Together with a local guide, they will explore the history of Warsaw during the PRL period, visiting some of the city's most important landmarks as well as lesser-known locations that are best discovered from the window of a classic Polish car.

13:00 – Free time to explore Warsaw at their own pace.

The guests may choose to visit:

• Warsaw Old Town and the Old Town Market Square

• Royal Łazienki Park

• The Royal Castle

• The iconic Palace of Culture and Science
